Becky  Mendenhall

Becky started practicing yoga in 2007 as a way of calming the mind and learning how to focus and breathe in challenging situations. She quickly found the mind-body benefits were helping her deal with stress and anxiety, and was pleased to see the physical benefits of flexibility and strength coming back into her body. She achieved her yoga certification in 2014 while she was living in London, and is excited to bring her humor and her playfulness into her classes at YiY.
