This place feels just like home – safe, secure and friendly. I joined the yoga classes here couple of months back and come here off and on due to a busy lifestyle. I do some practice at home too. They have great membership which lasts 6 months. All the instructors are great and they give you personal attention without being judgmental. They gently teach you to go into the correct posture during the class. One another advantage is that they have different types of yoga under one single roof. I have attended couple of different ones and find mixing and matching the styles very interesting. They have bolsters, pillows, cubes and belts for supporting the yoga poses. They also keep tissues, napkins, towels and mats for student’s use. Sometimes they also keep delicious Indian chai. Wish I could come here everyday for yoga :(
