CLASSES

Ashtanga is a vigorous and flowing with the breath style of yoga developed in the 20th century. It is the original power yoga. It follows the same sequence, that prepares one for next. If you like some core strength, stretches, overall body strength and stamina, and mindfulness in it, then this is for you. Wednesday 5:30pm - Led Class with Wei, Sunday at 8am - Self Practice Mysore style Ashtanga with Tatiana.
