Kay T.  Ananda


Kay is 500 hrs RYT and experienced 200 hrs. ERYT with Yoga Alliance. She is also registered with IAYT as a certified yoga therapist. Her first yoga class was the basic Hatha yoga class at YMCA while attending Cal Berkeley many moons ago; and since then, she's tried many styles of yoga on her yoga student journey- Vinyasa, Iyengar, Power, Yin, Yang, Restorative, Kundalini, Jivamukti and loved them all. Ultimately, in each and all she found a common thread, that of breath and the power of mindfulness to declutter her mind and manage stress while regaining her physical strength and flexibility.
