Saturday, December 21st, 2-4pm with Sanjana. $45
The holidays are a time of love and cheer but can also bring a special flavor of stress and anxiety. Being around family can trigger old behavioral patterns. Gifting can become a stressful game of comparison. Resolution-making can become an exercise in ego-building. And then before we know it, we’ve woken up to the new year without much having changed and the frustration pushes us into old ways.
This season, come prepare yourself by learning how and why these destructive patterns emerge, tools to deal with them and give yourself and your loved ones the most cherished gift of all – your understanding, centered Self!
There will be an hour of yoga and breathing to mobilize and inhabit the body followed by an interactive session where we will explore the nature of the Mind, identify the ways in which it keeps us limited and learn tools to overcome it. Bring your mat, your favorite journal and a challenge you might be facing and let’s get chipping away!
