Regular class with Marti Foster. Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:45-7pm. 

Join Marti and other inspiring women for this enlightening and informative yoga practice. The focus is placed on practical strategies for a lifetime of physical vitality and mental well being. Sage Women Yoga provides “adapted yoga postures” essential in meeting each individual’s needs. No yoga experience required.
