Be prepared for an intense, methodical workout in a peaceful, supportive environment. Extra attention will be paid to the three locks (jalandhara, uddiyana and mula bandhas). Explore how using them connects us to the power of our core and our breath. Class will include standing flow series, core exercises, back bending, basic to intermediate inversions, and deep floor stretches. A generous amount of time will be given at the end of class to pranayama and meditation.
