Yoga for Aging Well

Regular class with Marti Foster. Tuesdays, 6-7pm. 

No yoga experience is required.  Individual attention is paramount in this class setting.
This one hour class provides detailed instruction and preventive strategies to support healthy, vibrant aging.

The focus of this practice is based on seven essentials to address physical, emotional and mental health.
